Terms & Control for FREE PASS Registration


PASS is free of charge to part qualified students in UK and Eire, who are registered with one of the following bodies.

Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW)

Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland (ICAS)

Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI)

Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA)

Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)

Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA)

Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA)


Vetting Instructions

Applicants must be:

Either:
Part Qualified/studying and registered with one of the above Institutes specified in the terms of control.
Or:
Applicants must be a passed finalist/graduate with one of the Institutes specified in the terms of control. (All passed finalists/graduates will qualify to receive PASS for a maximum on one year from date of application).

Applicants who are NOT registered with an Institute or if they are fully qualified accountants do not qualify for FREE PASS subscription.

All applicants should be registered to receive PASS at their work address (including students working on a regular part time basis) unless they fall under one of the categories shown below in which case they can receive the magazine at home.

Full Time Students
Unemployed
Employed on a temporary/contract basis
Self-Employed

All lecturers/tutors etc should be referred to the Editor who will decide if they are to be placed on the free list to receive a copy of PASS.
